Just like many people who come to the Azores, we wanted to see sperm whales but they had obviously decided to have a quiet Sunday. So, we didn’t see any whales but we saw a lot of common dolphins.

It was early in the morning and the ocean was surprisingly calm (which was great for our stomachs!). And the sky was quite dramatic.

And we had some nice views of Sao Miguel…
