Klagenfurt am Wörthersee
Klagenfurt am Wörthersee – our new home, but only for a few weeks of course… Remember, we’re digital nomads!
Wörthersee (Lake Worth) – definitely worth seeing! It only takes about 10-15 minutes to get there by train from the main train station in Klagenfurt.
On a bright day, the color of the lake is quite impressive…
And it can be a perfect setting for a wedding…
As you can imagine, there are lots of stunning villas around…
And cafés… We particularly liked this one in Pörtschach. It’s called Parkvilla Wörth. You can sit on the terrace. And their caffé latte is good! For more info, check their website: http://www.hoteldermuth.at/index_E.php
There are several smaller towns around the lake and they’re all very picturesque…
Of course, don’t forget your swimming suit!!! Apparently, the water is not too cold…
On the trail of my curiosity... 
That looks beautiful. I have fond memories of hiking up to a lake in Switzerland on a scorching hot summer day and, on arrival, dipping a toe in the water and deciding that was enough. It was frigid with snow melt.
